10-Minute Fix REVERSES Memory Loss
Talk to your typical mainstream doctor about your memory loss and you’ll leave disappointed.
They’ll just throw their hands up and swear it’s a normal part of aging.
Or worse… they’ll give you a script for some risky drug that “might work.”
But what they won’t tell you?
There’s an easy way to STOP and even REVERSE your memory loss problems that doesn’t require drugs.
And it only takes 10 MINUTES a day to see REAL results.
Memory loss is one of the most common complaints I hear from my older patients.
And exercise is a great way to combat it.
Previous studies have already shown that exercise can help boost brain function and improve memory.
People who exercise also tend to have a larger hippocampus.
This is the part of the brain that is critical for learning and making new memories.
Unfortunately, this is also one of the first areas of the brain to break down with age.
But for this latest study, the researchers took a different approach to studying the exercise/memory connection.
They wanted to find out just how LITTLE exercise you’d need to do in order to achieve its brain benefits.
For the study, adults participated in light exercise for just 10 minutes, and then researchers used an MRI to measure brain activity.
This study showed two important findings:
- The connections improved between a specific part of the hippocampus that helps in forming new memories and in memory processing.
- These increased connections correlated with improve memory performance.
In other words, just 10 minutes of exercise produced an immediate, measurable brain boost.
This study highlights a fact I’m always driving home: Staying healthy doesn’t have to be difficult, time-consuming, or expensive.
To a brighter day,
Dr. Richard Gerhauser, M.D.
