60-Second Predicts How Long You’ll Live
We all know there’s no such thing as a crystal ball that can tell you your future.
I’m not sure I’d want to know anyway.
But what if I told you there’s a way to find out how long you’re going to live?
Well, believe it or not, there is.
It’s a simple 60-minute test that can predict your risk of dying from heart disease or cancer.
You’ll want to take it right away.
Exercising and staying physically fit is good for you.
It helps you maintain a healthy weight… control your blood pressure… and can even give your immune system a boost.
And now, according to a recent study, it can help you live longer, too.
The study put over 12,000 patients to the test… the exercise test. Compared to those with good functional capacity, in the “poor functional capacity” group, the…
- Death rate from cardiovascular disease was three times higher
- Cancer deaths were doubled
- Other causes of death were three-fold higher
Would you be able to pass the functional capacity test? There’s an easy way to find out.
Try climbing up four sets of stairs in under a minute.
If you pass the test, good for you! You have good functional capacity, and you’d fall into the group of people with a lower risk of dying from heart disease and cancer.
But if you fail the test, don’t worry – do something. It doesn’t matter what you do… just aim for being a little breathless.
I like to take a brisk walk through the Arizona desert or cycle my way around town.
Whatever your activity of choice, keep it up for about 30 minutes. Then after a few weeks, try the stair test again.
The better you do, the lower your risk of heart disease cancer.
Seems like a good test to ace!
To a brighter day,
