Common Deficiency KILLS Americans [Don’t Be A Victim!]
Sometimes I feel like a broken record.
I’m okay with that.
My mission is to bring you health information that not only improves your quality of your life… but also can possibly even preserve it.
Today, I’m going to warn you about a common nutrient deficiency that’s literally a threat to your life.
It’s not the first time I’ve issued this alert. And I’m sure it won’t be the last!
In a recent study, researchers analyzed data from more than 300,000 people from 37-73. Combing through the data from the over 14-year study period, they came to a disturbing conclusion:
People deficient in vitamin D were 25 percent more likely to die of any cause.
And it’s no wonder!
A vitamin D deficiency has already been linked to major diseases, including cancer, heart disease, diabetes, immune system diseases, brain problems, osteoporosis, and more.
Plus, a D deficiency in older adults increases your risk of cognitive impairment by four times!
What do all of these diseases have in common?
They increase your risk of early death!
In reality, I believe that the 25 percent increase is a conservative number. Other studies have hinted that the number could be MUCH higher.
If you’re not ALREADY alarmed by this finding, you probably should be. But it gets worse. Approximately HALF of all older adults are deficient in D.
In other words, nearly 50 percent of seniors could be staring down the barrel of an unnecessary early death. And it’s time to do something about it.
Have your blood levels tested, and then take action to get them up to snuff.
The best way to get vitamin D is from the sun.
But based on where you live, your health concerns, the time of year, or even your schedule, it can be difficult to spend enough time outdoors for your body to produce the levels that you need.
So be sure to eat plenty of D-boosting foods such as eggs, fatty fish, milk, and yogurt. And if you’re still having trouble keeping your numbers up, consider a D supplement.
P.S. Research has revealed a daily cup of THIS health elixir could reduce your risk of dying early by 30 percent.
