A New Year’s Weight Loss Plan That WORKS
Have you started thinking about your New Year’s resolution yet?
If you’re like 79 percent of Americans, you’ll be resolving to improve your health.
And at the top of most lists… is weight loss.
If that’s you, I have BAD news. Most of these resolutions fail.
It’s not because of a lack of diligence, discipline, or willpower. It’s because your body is fighting against you.
Today, I will give you the tools you need to FIGHT BACK.
Your body produces a hormone called leptin, which tells your brain when you’ve had enough to eat.
The problem is that the more weight you gain, the less your body listens to leptin.
It just tunes it out. (Kind of like an old married couple.)
This is called leptin resistance.
Dieting itself can also cause issues with leptin.
You see, low-calorie diets make your body produce less leptin, slowing down your metabolism.
You end up hungry all the time and craving carbohydrates. (Sound familiar?)
Because of this, any weight that is lost will be quickly gained back.
That’s the problem. The solution is to reestablish leptin sensitivity.
This isn’t a quick fix, but when you stick with it, it works.
There are five simple rules for eating that help reestablish leptin sensitivity:
- Eat a high-protein breakfast within 30 minutes of waking up.
- Eat three meals a day with no snacking between.
- Consume only moderate to low carbohydrate foods.
- Avoid overeating.
- Finish eating four hours or more before bedtime
No diets or calorie counting is involved.
Finally, a New Year’s resolution that can produce lasting results.
P.S. This simple fiber fix reduces the risk of THIS terrifying condition.
