According to a recent study, taking one simple step to boost your gut health can SLASH depression symptoms like anxiety, poor sleep, and difficulty concentrating.

This is key, as previous studies have shown that Lactobacillus have the power to help alleviate depression symptoms by inhibiting both intestinal inflammation and neuroinflammation.

Previous studies have also shown that probiotics help alleviate depression symptoms including mood, anxiety, and cognition.

This makes perfect sense, since your body has a superhighway that directly connects your gut and your brain. It’s called the gut-brain axis.

What affects one affects the other.
