“Ancient Asian Extract” REDUCES Hypertension
Better blood pressure in just 6 weeks
Blood pressure drugs have become Big Business in recent years.
After all, nearly half of all adults in the U.S. have hypertension, one of the leading risk factors for heart disease and stroke.
I’m always frustrated by how many doctors dole out BP drugs like they’re the best—or only—solution to this problem.
Newsflash: They’re not!
When it comes to conditions you have control over, blood pressure is at the top of the list.
In addition to the typical lifestyle factors like exercise and weight loss, there’s a unique supplement that’s been proven to lower blood pressure in just six weeks.
It’s called aged black garlic extract.
Numerous studies over the years have found that garlic is remarkably effective at reducing high blood pressure.
In fact, some have even indicated that garlic extract is as effective as Big Pharma’s standard medications.
As an added bonus, it can also reduce arterial stiffness and blood stickiness.
In a new study, researchers tested the impact of aged black garlic extract on blood pressure levels.
In this randomized, double-blind study, participants took either 250 mg of aged garlic extract or a placebo.
After six weeks, the people taking the aged garlic extract saw their diastolic blood pressure drop an average of 5.85 mm Hg.
This reduction is enough to substantially lower the risk of heart attacks and other vascular events.
Previous animal studies have demonstrated these blood pressure benefits, but this was the first clinical research to show its ability to lower blood pressure levels.
The researchers believe that the reason why aged garlic extract is so effective is due to the antioxidant activity of organosulfur compounds like SAC (S-allyl-L-cysteine), its ability to improve vasodilation and levels of iNOS and eNOS, and regulation of pro-inflammatory mediators like TNF-a.
