Anti-Aging Formula Makes You 3 YEARS Younger?! [SHOCKING]
Whenever someone says they’re “feeling their age,” it’s generally not a good thing.
But what if you could feel younger than your age?
Now you can.
Researchers have identified a way to reverse the aging process.
In fact, according to their study results, they say it’s possible to become three years younger in just 8 weeks.
Here are the details of their age-defying “formula.”
Anti-aging is all the rage these days.
But you don’t have to take a magic pill to watch the years melt away.
According to researchers from McGill University, all you have to do is make a few key lifestyle changes.
This was a randomized, controlled clinical trial that included 43 healthy men between 50 and 72. For 8 weeks, the men followed a treatment program that included the following categories:
- Diet
- Sleep
- Exercise
- Relaxation guidance
- Supplementation
After just 8 weeks, the men following this lifestyle program experienced statistically significant reductions in the biological aging of their cells.
This anti-aging program selectively altered DNA methylation patterns that are highly predictive of aging and age-related disease.
You see, of all the causes of chronic disease, aging is by far the biggest. If you can “turn back the clock” on your DNA, you have the potential to stay healthier and live longer.
DNA methylation switches genes off. It’s a pattern of accumulating damage from aging that leads to the loss of cell function.
By selectively targeting DNA methylation, this lifestyle program was able to turn back the clock by as much as three years!
So, what were the details? It’s not what you’d think!
The diet included lots of vegetables, fruit, seeds, animal protein, eggs, and liver.
- No sugar, dairy, grains, or legumes.
- Eating organic foods.
- Drinking lots of water.
- Thirty minutes of exercise per day.
- At least 7 hours of sleep per night.
- Breathing exercises.
- And taking supplements like probiotics.
In other words, most of the advice I share with you day in and day out in these articles.
But for even greater benefit, I would add in one extra thing they seem to have left out:
Spending more time in the sun.
