People who ate just 1/8th to 1/4th of a cup per day had a 45 percent lower risk of getting cancer compared to people who didn’t eat mushrooms at all!
Other results have shown equally promising findings…
Another meta-analysis, published just last year, showed that each 10-gram-per-day increase in mushrooms was associated with a 17 percent reduced risk of cancer.
Why are mushrooms so effective in the fight against cancer?
Well, they’re loaded with healthy nutrients that contribute to this powerful protection.
