And researchers have just identified two miracle nutrients that reduce heart attacks and the risk of dying from cancer.

These benefits are reason enough to get plenty of omega-3s and vitamin D. But there are plenty of others as well.

Vitamin D is beneficial for your bones, your immune system, and your waistline. It even has pain-killing effects.

And omega-3s are highly anti-inflammatory substances that are particularly good for your heart and brain.

And both can even help you live longer.

When it comes to getting plenty of these nutrients, load up on sunshine and fatty fish like salmon.

Aim for two to three servings a week.
