Bedroom Secret STOPS Second Heart Attack?!
Having a heart attack isn’t a death sentence.
But it does greatly increase your risk of having a SECOND heart attack… which increases your risk of dying.
But researchers have identified a shocking way to help people who have had a heart attack live longer.
It doesn’t involve overhauling your diet or joining your local gym.
In fact, for this particular exercise, you won’t even need to leave your bedroom.
After you’ve had a heart attack, you might be tempted to take it easy. After all, your heart just went through the wringer… you certainly don’t want to stress it.
Or do you?
Researchers followed 495 couples for 20 years, and they found that the people who had the same amount of sex—or more—in the first six months AFTER having a heart attack had a 35 percent lower risk of death than those who stopped having sex.
How do you know if you’re cleared to have sex?
If you can climb stairs or walk a mile, you can have sex.
So what’s the magic number? This particular study didn’t look into that.
But the same research group had previously found that people who only had sex less than once a week lived longer than those who had none at all.
And the more the better.
Just a few months ago, I told you about a study showing that…
- People who had sex multiple times a week were 27 percent less likely to die during the follow-up period.
- Once-a-weekers were 12 percent less likely to die.
- And the “occasionals” were 8 percent less likely to die.
In fact, those having sex once a week or more experienced a 28-37% increase in life expectancy.
