“Trojan Horse” Compound KILLS Cancer Cells
Most of our methods for destroying cancer cells work by killing them from the outside.
But researchers discovered a powerful way to destroy cancer cells from the inside out.
It’s a “Trojan horse” of sorts that cancer cells happily gobble up — and that ultimately causes them to implode.
It’s not an expensive new drug or treatment… it’s a compound that you can easily load up on from food or supplements.
And it DISSOLVES tumors.
Omega-3 fatty acids are most well-known for their role in brain health.
But one particular omega-3 — called DHA — could be your body’s secret weapon to fighting cancer cells.
DHA is important for brain function, vision, and regulating inflammation—and it’s also been associated with a reduced risk of cancer.
But how it works against cancer is truly remarkable.
You see, cancer cells love fatty acids like DHA. They gobble it up and store it in lipid droplets within the cells, where the DHA is protected from oxidation.
But when tumor cells are overloaded with DHA, it can’t store it in those protective lipid droplets. The DHA then oxidizes, which poisons the tumor from the inside out.
In other words, the DHA acts as a Trojan horse that the tumor cell willingly takes in… and then it destroys it.
This was seen in a cell study. But it was confirmed in an animal study as well.
The problem is that most people aren’t getting nearly enough DHA in their diets to even come close to overwhelming these cells.
It’s recommended that you get about 250 mg per day, but most people get closer to 50-100 mg—and of course, they didn’t determine exactly how much is necessary to poison the cancer cells.
But more is obviously better.
You can get DHA from fish like salmon, tuna, trout, and cod.
You can also consider taking a DHA supplement to make sure you’re getting even higher amounts.
