EASY Hack Adds YEARS to Your Life
They say you are what you eat.
I agree: Eat a healthy diet, and you’ll feel good. Eat an unhealthy one, and you’ll feel crappy.
But I’ll take it a step further. Your BIOLOGICAL AGE is also what you eat.
Research is starting to prove that certain dietary choices translate directly to a longer life.
How much longer?
According to a recent study, up to 13 years!
Using data from the Global Burden of Disease study, researchers created a model that estimates life expectancy based on potential dietary changes.
They found that making the following two ridiculously easy changes to your diet could add from 3 to 13 years to your life:
- eat MORE legumes, whole grains, and nuts
- eat LESS processed meat
The sooner you do, the better.
When you modify your diet from age 20, women can add 10 years and men 13 to their life expectancy.
And when implemented from age 60, women can add 8 years and men 8.8.
Even making these simple changes at 80 can add YEARS to your life. You can still roll your biological age BACK.
In fact, according to the study, men and women who modify their diet at 80 can add at least 3.4 years to their life expectancy.
This research confirms it’s never too late to benefit from improving your diet.
It ALSO shows us that even small changes can make a BIG difference.
Why not start with these two?
P.S. But healthier aging isn’t just about WHAT you eat… this “Body Clock” trick slows aging to a crawl.
