END Your Migraines… WITHOUT Drugs?!
I hope you’ve never experienced a migraine.
But if you have, you know that you rarely have just ONE. People with chronic migraines often have 15 or more migraines a month.
In addition to the excruciating pain, it can also make you sensitive to light and sound—keeping you locked in your bedroom and praying for relief.
But your answer to prayers won’t come from Big Pharma. They throw anything they can at this condition—like anti-depressants, anti-seizures drugs, blood pressure meds, and even BOTOX—hoping something will stick.
(Newsflash… nothing does.)
But researchers have found that one key vitamin deficiency can make your migraine symptoms much worse. You’ll want to fix it right away.
In a study published in the Journal of Pain Research, researchers evaluated the blood levels of vitamin D in 40 people with and 40 without migraines.
They also looked into the connection between vitamin D levels and the duration, frequency, and severity of migraines.
It turns out that those who suffered from regular migraines had much lower vitamin D levels than their headache-free counterparts.
In addition, migraine sufferers who had LOW vitamin D levels also had HIGHER incidences of migraine symptoms. These included:
- Aura
- Photophobia
- Autonomic manifestations
- Allodynia
- Resistance to medications
People who had low vitamin D levels were also much more likely to have migraine attacks more frequently, that lasted longer, and that were more severe.
If you suffer from migraines, you owe it to yourself to get your vitamin D levels tested.
If they’re low, taking steps to correct them could be the fastest, easiest, and safest way to reduce the severity and frequency of your headaches.
