ERASE Disease Risk with EVERY Delicious SIP of THIS
Name just about any major disease… like cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, stroke, or depression. And I’ll give you a SINGLE, drug-free solution that could slash your risk for every one of them.
Sounds almost too good to be true, right?
But wait, I’m not done yet. This solution couldn’t be simpler to implement. Plus, believe it or not, it’s DELICIOUS too.
And best of all?
The chances are you’re ALREADY doing it.
It’s been turned into a bogeyman. Made out to be a villain. And outrightly slandered over the years.
But the science doesn’t lie. There’s just no denying it…coffee is one of the healthiest drinks on the planet!
It’s loaded with vital nutrients like manganese, potassium, magnesium, and vitamins B3 and B5.
And, of course, its caffeine content makes it terrific for focus and energy boosting.
But that’s just scratching the surface of coffee’s health benefits.
Over the past few years, research has revealed that drinking coffee could lower your risk of virtually every major health problem. Take a look at some of the stunning numbers below.
People who drink the most coffee could lower their risk of:
- Diabetes by 67%
- Alzheimer’s disease by 65%
- Parkinson’s disease by up to 60%
- Stroke by 20%
The best part?
You don’t have to drink gallons of java to reap its benefits.
Researchers say drinking up to four cups of coffee daily is linked to an up to 80% plunge in the risk of liver cirrhosis and a 40% drop in liver cancer risk.
And drinking four or more cups per day is associated with a 20% drop in depression risk.
In fact, scientists say a regular coffee habit could literally help you LIVE LONGER.
Researchers recently analyzed the health and dietary data of over 170,000 people between the ages of 37 and 73 over a follow-up period of seven years.
They found coffee drinkers were up to 30% less likely to die during the study period than those who skipped the java.
But diabetic coffee drinkers faired even better. Researchers recruited 4923 patients with type-2 diabetes registered with the Fukuoka Diabetes Registry for a study.
After five years of follow-up, they reached a stunning conclusion. Drinking two or more cups of coffee daily was linked to a 41% drop in death risk.
(Add four cups of green tea to that mix, and the percentage plunges to 63%!)
The next time someone tries to convince you coffee is bad for you, show them the science and then the hand as you pour yourself another cup of healthy, guilt-free Joe.
P.S. Watching the mainstream discuss the heart benefits and dangers of coffee is like watching a game of ping-pong. It will cause heart problems… it will prevent heart problems. Enough already! Click here for the TRUTH about coffee and heart health.
