And the vitamin D group? Their number of migraine attacks was cut in HALF.
But this isn’t the first time the connection between migraines and vitamin D has been well documented.
A previous study shows that men with low vitamin D levels were more than TWICE as likely to experience migraines.
And headaches were even more likely in the months from October to May – when you don’t get as much vitamin D from the sun.
Vitamin D works because it lowers the type of inflammation that causes your migraines.
