How to WIN the Cancer Battle (EASY!)
The medical community is still hard at work trying to win the war on cancer.
But you can’t lose a battle you never start.
In other words, the key to beating cancer is never getting it in the first place.
The good news is, there are steps you can take to dramatically reduce your risk.
One activity in particular can reduce your risk by as much as 69 percent.
The studies are in, and the results are crystal clear:
Exercise dramatically reduces your risk of cancer.
Some studies have shown that highly active people have been shown to have a dramatically reduced risk of 13 different types of cancer.
Other studies have shown that active people can reduce their risk of certain types of cancer by as much as 69 percent.
But what makes exercise so powerful against cancer?
Some studies indicate it’s because it reduces inflammation in your body.
Others show that it makes your body’s internal environment inhospitable to cancers.
But researchers wanted to find out more, so they injected mice with cancer, and let some run around while keeping others sedentary.
After several weeks, they saw that the running mice experienced very little tumor growth. A closer look showed why:
Exercise enhanced their immune system’s ability to target and eradicate cancer cells.
Personally, I like to understand why and how something like exercise can reduce cancer risk.
But for many people, it’s enough simply to know that it does.
The other thing studies consistently show is that you don’t have to work out long or hard to gain benefits.
Simply being active—as opposed to inactive—can make all the difference.
