IGNORE This Mainstream Dietary Advice (Shocking!)
When it comes to your heart health, it can be hard to know what to believe these days.
Dietary advice that is in vogue one day is cast aside the next.
But I don’t believe in fad diets or following the advice of major corporations that are on the payroll of various Big Food industries.
Instead, I just use a little common sense and a lot of real science.
And both tell me to ignore this common advice for heart health.
There are plenty of things that are bad for your heart… but eggs aren’t one of them.
Eggs have gotten a lot of bad press over the years, mainly because they are high in cholesterol.
But remember this: Dietary cholesterol does not influence your blood cholesterol levels.
And a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition proved that once and for all.
The researchers scoured the world over gathering data to find out if eggs are as bad for you as the mainstream would have you believe.
Their findings?
No way, Jose!
Data on nearly 180,000 from 50 countries revealed two important findings: Eating eggs did not increase your risk of having a cardiovascular event or of dying.
Did you hear that?
Eggs won’t kill you!
I think I’ll have some for breakfast this morning… cooked in grass-fed butter and served with a side of coffee with full-fat milk.
Who wants to join me?
