Is Aspirin DEADLY? (Get the Truth Here)
Old habits die hard… especially when we’ve been led to believe they’re good ones.
We were told for years that taking an aspirin a day would lower the risk of heart attack and stroke.
But for many, those were empty promises that came with a LOT of risk… and LITTLE reward.
That’s why, if you’re over 70 and you don’t have heart disease, this is one habit you should consider dropping right away.
Let me explain…
It wasn’t that long ago that doctors recommended taking a daily aspirin to help prevent heart disease.
But that advice is outdated—and frankly, dangerous.
Evidence shows that taking an aspirin every day is worse than USELESS… it could actually increase your risk of deadly bleeding.
The good news is that the recommendations have been updated to reflect the latest research.
The bad news is that old habits can die hard.
A recent study revealed around one-third of adults over 60 who don’t have heart disease are STILL taking a daily aspirin.
If you fall into this category, talk to your doctor about better—safer—ways to protect your heart.
Don’t get me wrong… aspirin does have its place.
I recommend keeping it on hand to take at the first sign of a heart attack.
In THAT situation, it could be lifesaving.
But if you’re taking it for primary prevention of a heart attack or stroke, it could have the opposite effect.
P.S. THIS test predicts heart attack and stroke.
