LOWER your heart disease risk in 20 minutes?!
Major benefits for 70-75 year olds
You might not be able to teach an old dog new tricks… but you’re never too old to improve your health.
I’ve seen 70-year-olds REVERSE their type 2 diabetes, and have personally helped countless seniors naturally lower their blood pressure.
Make no mistake, reclaiming your health isn’t as easy as popping one of Big Pharma’s pills… but it’s a heck of a lot more rewarding.
Now, a recent study has identified a way for adults in their 70s to delay major heart disease without taking a single drug.
If you want to protect your heart in the future, you have to start exercising today.
In fact, according to a recent study published in the online journal Heart, Baby Boomers and Gen Xers can gain major heart benefits from just 20 minutes per day of exercise.
For this latest study, researchers evaluated about 2,500 65-year-old adults and tracked their health for about 20 years.
They found that regular exercise can lower your risk of coronary heart disease, heart failure, and death.
Engaging in 20-40 minutes of physical activity per day led to the most significant decreases in heart disease and heart failure.
Plus, the greatest benefits were seen at age 70.
The bottom line?
It doesn’t matter if you’re retired, an AARP member, or collecting Medicare… you’re never too old to gain the benefits of exercise.
