“Mainstream Advice” INCREASING Colon Cancer?! (Shocking)
Overall rates of cancer are on the decline — but certain types of cancer are skyrocketing.
One of those is colorectal cancer.
It’s currently the 2nd leading cause of cancer death in the US (after lung cancer).
But it’s increasing in prevalence — and is popping up in younger and younger people.
What’s causing this alarming surge in colon cancer?
Well, researchers have stumbled upon a possible culprit — but you won’t see this one in the headlines.
Why?
Because it’s all connected to this one dangerous piece of mainstream medicine’s advice.
That advice?
Stay out of the sun.
I’ve been telling you for years to IGNORE that advice, and this study shows you yet another reason why.
According to this recent study published in BMC Public Health, not getting enough sunlight can increase your chances of getting colon cancer.
Using data from 186 countries, researchers investigated the links between UVB light and rates of cancer.
They found that a lack of UVB exposure significantly increased the risk of colon cancer — especially in people 45 and older.
This association remained there even when they considered other risk factors like skin pigmentation, life expectancy, and smoking status.
Why?
Because if you’re not getting enough UVB rays, you’re not getting enough vitamin D — a deficiency that has been linked to increased risk of colon cancer in the past.
The answer is to boost your vitamin D levels, and the best way to do that is through the sun.
For an added boost, you can take a vitamin D supplement.
In addition to lowering your risk of colon cancer, you’ll be boosting your mood, your sleep, your bones, and so much more.
