Men: Don’t Ignore this Heart Attack Warning Sign!
One of the scariest things about heart attacks is that they happen so suddenly.
One minute you’re sitting there eating your steak dinner, and the next you’re on the floor… with no warning whatsoever.
But what if there WAS a warning sign?
What if your body is trying to tell you RIGHT NOW that a heart attack is right around the corner?
It turns out THERE IS.
And this is one warning sign you won’t want to ignore.
Researchers looked at studies published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine that included over 150,000 men, and they made a shocking finding:
Impotence is one of the first warning signs that a heart attack is in your future.
Men with erectile dysfunction (ED) had a 59% higher risk of coronary heart disease, and a 34% higher risk of stroke.
Coronary heart disease is the most common type of heart disease, and it happens when the arteries that carry blood to your heart become hard and narrow. After enough time, lack of oxygen and nutrients carried to the heart can lead to a heart attack.
Erectile dysfunction is also a blood flow condition that occurs when the vessels in the penis are unable to dilate.
These particular blood vessels develop signs of disease LONG before those in your heart.
In fact, ED can show up YEARS before any other sign that there’s a problem with your heart.
If you’re man who has erectile dysfunction, I’m guessing you never thought of it as something positive.
But this is your chance to make the changes necessary to benefit your sex life AND your heart health.
And popping a little blue pill is NOT the way to do that.
Instead, focus on heart-healthy lifestyle changes like cutting down on stress, losing the extra weight, moving more, and eating a healthier diet.
I also recommend getting more vitamin D from the sun since low levels are linked with ED.
