In a meta-analysis that included 19 clinical trials and over 1,000 people, researchers wanted to find out if omega-3s could reverse anxiety.

Despite the differences in the studies themselves, they all had one thing in common: The groups treated with omega-3s experienced a significant reduction in anxiety.

Even better? The best results were seen in folks with a clinical diagnosis of a psychiatric condition, like anxiety. 

If you’re experiencing anxiety – or even if you just want to protect against cognitive decline – consider taking steps to boost your omega-3 intake.

I always recommend getting your omega-3s from food sources like wild-caught salmon, eggs, and nuts. 

But if you’re diet falls short on these foods, you can get a fish oil supplement at your local pharmacy… and it will only cost you about $16 for a month’s supply… that’s just 53 cents a day!
