Morning Drink ENDS Memory Loss
As you get older, there’s probably one thing you worry about the most: your brain.
Because if it gets damaged… you can lose your memories… and your independence.
The mainstream is CLUELESS when it comes to protecting this organ.
But you don’t have to be.
Because there’s a wonder drink that shields your brain.
And it can SLASH your risk of memory loss in HALF.
I’m a coffee drinker, myself. But every once in a while, I pour myself a cup of hot tea because you just can’t beat its health benefits.
Previous studies show that it can improve your mood and lower your risk of heart disease. But it has been especially touted for its benefits for your brain.
In fact, one particular study showed that drinking tea every day could reduce your risk of cognitive decline by 50%.
Yes, please!
This latest study, published in the journal Aging, has taken tea-drinking research a step further by looking inside the brain to find out exactly why it is so beneficial.
To do this, the researchers gathered 36 people over 60 years old, asked them about their tea-drinking habits, and then conducted MRIs.
It turns out that people who drank tea at least four times per week for 25 years had brain regions that were more organized.
Better connections between your brain regions mean that your brain works more efficiently, which leads to better cognitive function.
This is really an incredible finding since it shows that something as simple as drinking tea is powerful enough to impact the very structure of your brain.
It’s also a critical finding because as you get older, your brain organization tends to decline, accounting for what we know as “senior moments.”
When it comes to boosting your brain connections, you have your choice of teas. The study found that the benefits applied to green, black, and oolong varieties.
