Powerful Duo DESTROYS High Blood Sugar

This randomized, placebo-controlled trial included 84 overweight prediabetic people who were put in one of four groups:

· Placebo
The groups taking zinc showed the most dramatic reductions in body mass index (BMI).
And all three supplement groups experienced improvements in glycemic measures like blood sugar and insulin levels.
However, the greatest improvements were found in those taking BOTH zinc and curcumin.
This isn’t surprising, since zinc has direct effects on insulin production and secretion in your pancreas. It also impacts the formation of fat cells, plus it has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.
And curcumin can impact body weight and is known for its strong anti-inflammatory actions.
Either way, past studies have shown their individual benefits.
