STOP Wasting Time Working Out
The older you get, the less patience you have for wasteful things.
If an appointment is set for 2 PM, you shouldn’t have to LOSE an hour waiting. A broken toaster should be REPAIRED, not tossed in the trash.
And life is precious and meant to be LIVED, not wasted away sitting on the couch.
So I bet you won’t be happy to learn that you’re losing muscle mass with each passing year…
Do nothing, and that age-linked muscle wasting accelerates. And you’ll need to work harder than ever to simply stand your ground.
But I’ve got some GOOD news too. Recent research uncovered a nutrient that can help you get the most out of exercising.
This means you can SAVE your muscles… and NOT waste your time.
Experts say creatine is the most effective supplement for improving lean body mass and anaerobic capacity. That means it allows you to make the most of your workouts.
But in a recent study, researchers were interested in discovering creatine’s anti-aging capabilities. In particular, they wanted to see if it could reduce oxidative stress and improve the quality of life in older adults.
For the study, one group of seniors did resistance training while taking creatine. The second group did the same resistance training but took a placebo. And a third control group made no changes to their regular routines.
Both exercise groups experienced improvements in oxidative stress levels and quality of life measures compared to the control.
This confirms the benefits of exercise (with or without supplements) on vital measures of health and well-being.
However, the strength gains in the creatine group were FAR superior to those who exercised without taking the real-deal supplement.
Their strength improved by 57 percent over 10 weeks, while the exercise-only group only increased by 36 percent.
If you’re putting in the time to exercise, don’t waste a moment of it. Creatine can help you make the most out of your investment.
P.S. Is MORE exercise BETTER? Researchers recently asked that question, and you might be surprised by the answer. CLICK HERE to discover the truth.
