And get this… the curcumin-fenugreek group saw a 206 percent improvement in walking performance after just six weeks!

The curcumin-fenugreek group also experienced greater improvements in stiffness (33 percent), physical function (36 percent), and total WOMAC scores (35 percent) than the glucosamine/chondroitin group.
