They Got It WRONG About This Heart-Healthy Food
You can either eat yourself into a heart attack—or eat your way to heart health, instead.
The problem comes when the so-called “experts” get the two mixed up (which happens more often than you might imagine).
Case in point: There’s a demonized food that they’ve warned you to avoid because of its dreaded “heart risks.”
But a growing stack of studies show this “banned” superfood is actually GREAT for your heart.
In fact, the latest research reveals it can reduce your risk of dying from heart disease.
Everyone wants to save money on their grocery bills these days.
However, eliminating eggs is NOT the way to do it.
Researchers examined data on more than 8,000 people to determine the impact of eggs on heart disease and mortality.
They found that the folks who regularly ate eggs (1 to 6 times weekly) had a lower risk of dying during the study than those who rarely or never ate eggs.
Specifically, egg eaters had 29 percent lower risk of dying from heart disease and a 17 percent lower risk of dying from any cause at all.
The “experts” claim that because eggs are high in cholesterol, eating them will boost your cholesterol levels and destroy your heart health.
There are TWO major problems with this logic…
- First, cholesterol isn’t the killer they’ve led you to believe.
- Second, dietary cholesterol does NOT impact blood cholesterol levels.
So, either way, you’re in the clear.
When choosing heart-healthy foods, eggs should unquestionably be near the top of the list.
The only question is… how do you like yours?
P.S. Millions taking this risky cholesterol med shouldn’t be. Here’s why!
