In fact, research has revealed FIVE natural mood-boosting supplements that are proven to battle depression and ease anxiety.
The first is vitamin B12, which is fantastic for mood support.

Last but not least is the trace mineral zinc, found in foods like oysters and red meat.
Low zinc levels are tied to depression and anxiety. However, research finds that the metal boosts mood in folks battling depression.
While stand-alone nutrients like these can help improve mood, remember they always work BEST when paired with an overall healthy diet, plenty of exercise, regular sunshine, and quality sleep.
