7 Tricks to Lose Weight and KEEP It OFF
If you’ve struggled with weight loss, you’re NOT alone.
You may face several roadblocks, but one likely looms LARGE above all others. And that’s mainstream medicine’s “lifestyle interventions” and fad diets that FAIL over 90 percent of the time!
This has led to more extreme options, such as weight loss surgery and a big push for drug therapy.
But the surgery is fraught with complications. And in my experience, most patients suffer from some form of permanent malnutrition afterward.
Besides, the benefit of weight loss drugs over placebo is typically only a couple of percentage points of body weight. It isn’t worth the hassle, cost, and side effects of taking drugs.
But what can you do when diet after diet hasn’t worked?
Overweight and obesity are the new normal for Americans.
The latest statistics from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) show that 71.6 percent of Americans fall into these two categories.
But having more fat isn’t just about looks. The biggest problem with the continuing rise in obesity is that it harms your health.
You’re at a higher risk for diabetes, hypertension, stroke, heart disease, and more.
The good news is losing as little as 5 percent of your body weight can improve the dangerous conditions associated with obesity. The more you lose, the greater the benefits.
The problem for most folks is losing weight, and keeping it off can feel practically impossible.
But it DOESN’T have to be! Following are my 7 simple rules for battling the bulge and WINNING.
1) Expose your skin and eyes to the sunrise, and aim for a minimum of four hours of exposure to natural light daily. This means being outdoors or having a window OPEN. Sunlight through a window is not natural and doesn’t count.
2) Eat a larger breakfast with protein within one hour of the morning light exposure.
3) Avoid snacking.
4) Eat whole foods, avoid processed foods, and choose organic when possible to avoid foods sprayed with glyphosate or pesticides.
5) Avoid eating after sundown.
6) Eat seafood regularly. The light signal from the eye to the brain is transmitted through a quantum electrodynamic process utilizing DHA, a fat found in seafood, especially cold-water fish. Fish should be a regular part of your diet to keep this mechanism optimal.
7) Turn lights and electronic devices off at night or wear glasses that block all blue light.
From my experience of treating thousands of patients and utilizing these principles in my OWN life, I’ve found that weight loss will be gradual—but permanent—if you stick to the changes.
P.S. Warning! New side effect of “viral” weight loss drugs.
