Breathing Trick DIALS DOWN Blood Pressure

In a recent study, researchers asked volunteers to breathe through their nose or mouth, at rest and during exercise.
Folks who breathed through their noses had modest but significantly lower average and diastolic blood pressure while at rest (not exercising). Plus, they were also more relaxed overall.
And there’s no real mystery why. Our cardiovascular and respiratory systems are linked.
Breathing through your nose…
