THIS Move Eases Back Pain
Do you know what the worldwide leading cause of disability is?
It’s lower back pain.
The 619 million people experiencing back pain in 2020 is expected to balloon to nearly 850 million over the next 25 years.
A simple activity you can start today is proven to reduce back pain, help you stay pain-free LONGER, and cut the need for healthcare support in half.
And it’s something you likely do every day ALREADY…
This study included 701 adults who had recently had a back-pain episode.
Half of the participants completed a six-month walking program plus an education session, while the other half didn’t receive any intervention.
Six months later…
- folks in the walking group experienced nearly HALF the episodes of activity-limiting back pain
- there were 208 days of pain in the control group compared to only 112 in the walking group
The walking group reduced the number of days they had to take off work due to lower back pain by half and reduced the need for professional healthcare support.
They didn’t have to walk miles daily to achieve this benefit, either.
In fact, an extra one-quarter mile of walking was all it took to obtain these benefits.
I recommend starting with 10 to 15 minutes of walking daily. Then, gradually build up to 30 to 60 minutes.
For best results, focus on your posture while you walk. Stand straight and tall with a neutral pelvis.
There are many causes of lower back pain, so walking may not work for everyone.
But with all the other benefits of walking, it’s worth trying.
P.S. This common pain reliever that’s supposedly the “best option” for people with heart disease might not be as safe as you’ve been led to believe.

Top 5 Supplements for BETTER Joints
Pain comes in all forms. But among the most common I’d hear about in my medical practice was JOINT pain. Stretching is also effective because it helps lubricate […]

Millions Taking This Risky Med Shouldn’t Be
It’s no secret that I’m not a fan of statin drugs. I’ve been saying for years that these are the most over-prescribed yet least beneficial drugs on the market. The Cheapest Health Food Money Can Buy

“Brain Food” Breakthrough BOOSTS Memory
One area that mainstream medicine consistently overlooks about brain health is the fitness and function of your mitochondria. Mitochondria produce ATP, which is what your brain cells use for energy.
