And now, a landmark study proves what I’ve been saying all along—protein from animal sources doesn’t increase your risk of dying early.

The evidence is so strong, it should be headline news. A massive, government-backed study tracked over 16.000 adults, looking at whether animal or plant proteins increased the risk of death from cancer, heart disease, or any other cause.

If tofu or Beyond Burgers had this kind of track record, it would be plastered across every headline. But because it’s meat, the results are quietly swept aside…

Researchers reviewed data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) and found something remarkable: Zero association between meat consumption and increased risk of death.

In fact, meat eaters had a significantly reduced risk of dying from cancer!

So, don’t be afraid to load up on protein. In fact, if you’re a senior, you may need more animal protein to combat age-related muscle loss, support healthy collagen production, and enhance your immune function.

Of course, not all meat is created equal. Skip the hormone-laced factory stuff—opt for wild-caught fish, grass-fed beef, and pasture-raised poultry.
