Heart Damage in ONE HOUR?! (You Won’t Believe This…)
The older you get, the more serious you become about your heart health.
I know I have…
Because, let’s face it – you’re only going to live as long as your heart lets you.
So you try to eat right… get some exercise.
But, believe it or not, there’s an invisible threat to your heart health that comes right from your home.
And the damage can start in as little as one hour a day.
I’ve been warning for years about the dangers of electromagnetic fields (EMF) – the radiation produced by electronic devices.
This includes cell phones, laptops, televisions, and pretty much anything else with a current.
There are some folks in mainstream medicine who think docs like me should be wearing tinfoil hats over our EMF warnings.
Well, I think they should be in straitjackets for defending this stuff. Because they’re out of their minds.
We now have years of research linking EMF exposure to cancer, infertility, developmental delays, blood sugar spikes, and more.
Now, add heart damage to the list.
In a new study out of Turkey, rats were exposed to 900-megahertz EMF for just one hour a day, for 25 days.
Keep in mind, 900 megahertz is in range for what typical cell phones produce.
I’ll let the researchers tell you what happened next, in their own words:
“Analysis revealed significant structural damage in the heart tissue of the EMF-exposed group.”
Significant structural damage to the heart… I’m talking about heart cells breaking down, accumulating fluid, and more.
All in just one hour a day. Just think how long most of us spend on our cell phones, tablets, and computers each day – not to mentions all of our other EMF exposures.
As I’ve told you many times before, there’s no one coming to help on this. The cavalry is never arriving.
There are trillion-dollar industries at stake that health “authorities” and politicians don’t want to disrupt. So it’s up to you to keep yourself safe.
Here are some quick tips:
- Carry your phone in an EMF-blocking pouch (they’re easy to find online) and keep your phone off or in airplane mode when you’re not using it.
- Unplug electronic devices when you’re not using them, especially at night.
- Use a hard-wired Internet connection instead of WiFi.
- Consider hiring a Building Biology Environmental Consultant to assess EMFs and other risks in your home. You can find one near you at https://buildingbiologyinstitute.org/
