Want to Live Longer? Try THIS
The idea of finding the elusive fountain of youth is probably as old as time itself.
I don’t believe such a thing exists, but I do believe that there are ways to keep yourself looking and feeling vibrant and youthful.
Science has proven that there are ways to help you live longer.
Now, according to a recent study, extending your life can be easier than we ever thought possible.
And you can get REAL results in just 30 minutes!
If you’re searching for the fountain of youth, you probably won’t find it. But just the process of looking could help you live longer.
According to a recent study published in the American Journal of Epidemiology, doing any kind of movement for just 30 minutes a day can lower your risk of dying early.
That includes activityas simple as walking.
A lot of my patients think that the only want to get any benefit from exercise is to do strenuous activity for long periods of time.
You know the catch phrases… “no pain, no gain,” and “feel the burn.”
That’s the kind of philosophy that often prevents them from doing any movement at all – but it’s just not true.
A recent study found that simply replacing sitting with any movement at all for 30 minutes a day lowered the risk of earlydeath by 17%.
But if you boost your intensity, you also boost your results, with 30 minutes of vigorous activity lowering the risk of early death by 35%.
And moving twice as much (so for 60 minutes a day) DOUBLED the longevity benefits (although the benefits maxed out at 3.5 hours).
But here’s the thing… all that movement doesn’t need to happen continuously. A few minutes here and there reaped the same benefits.
The really sad part about this is that most Americans don’t even come close to the minimum movement recommendations. Less than a quarter of adults meet the federal physical activity guidelines, which is just 30 minutes per day, five days a week.
It helps if you don’t think of movement as “exercise.” You don’t need to go to the gym or own any expensive workout equipment.
Just park farther away at the grocery store. Walk to the mailbox. Play with the grandkids.
Better yet, take your dog for a walk.
Since owning a dog has been shown to lower the risk of premature death, taking your dog for a walk is a very enjoyable “two for one.”

Strange Colon Cancer Trigger Revealed
Among seniors, colon cancer rates have been decreasing. But in folks under 50, rates are increasing at an alarming rate.
