This “Unhealthy” Food is Nature’s Perfect Multivitamin
Going to the doctors these days is so predictable.
You walk in thinking you feel fine, and walk out with a long list of prescriptions you’re supposed to take for the rest of your life.
That’s not medicine. That’s drug pedaling.

And it just so happens that one of the best ways to stay off drugs is to eat more of a particular “unhealthy” food.
I’m talking about the incredible, edible egg.
All too often, the same people who tell you to swear off eggs are the ones pushing prescription drugs.
But I’m here to tell you that eggs are one of nature’s perfect foods – and you should be eating them every day.
They are a complete source of protein, which means they contain all the essential amino acids your body needs. And because they’re in a form your body can absorb, they are extra good for lowering blood pressure and increasing muscle mass.
They’re high in choline, a key nutrient for a healthy brain and nervous system.
They have a good amount of iron, which helps battle fatigue, carries oxygen throughout the body, and creates serotonin.
They’re one of just a few foods that can provide you with vitamin D, which helps regulate your immune system, and is also well known for keeping your bones and teeth strong.
They also contain vitamin A, which is great for your skin.
So what about all the fuss about eggs increasing cholesterol and being bad for your heart?
It’s all bunk.
Dietary cholesterol does not impact your blood cholesterol levels. And even if it did, it wouldn’t be bad since cholesterol is good for you!
In fact, newer research shows that eating an egg a day can LOWER your risk of having a cardiovascular event like a heart attack or stroke!
As an added benefit, eating eggs with leafy greens can help your body absorb the calcium in the greens. And eating them with fruit or oats can help your body regulate blood sugar.
So my doctor’s orders for the day?
You guessed it… eat some eggs!
