In Pain? Try These Natural CURES
Forget worrying about cancer, heart disease, or diabetes.
There’s something impacting more Americans than all three of these combined.
Pain.
But if you’re one of the millions suffering from chronic pain who have tried just about everything – and nothing seems to work – keep reading.
Because nature provides plenty of natural cures that REALLY WORK.
Here are seven of the best.
#1 Turmeric
This pain remedy should appear on any list of natural pain cures. Its main active component, curcumin, is a powerful anti-inflammatory that helps combat muscle pain and post-surgical pain. One study even shows that it works better than Big Pharma’s treatments for rheumatoid arthritis.
#2 Ginger
Another common spice known for its pain-relieving abilities is ginger, which contains anti-inflammatory compounds called gingerols. In one study, giving people with arthritis just 1 teaspoon of dried ginger throughout the day for three months led to significant improvements in pain, swelling, and morning stiffness.
#3 Clove
Once again, another spice holds the answer for pain. This time, I’m talking about clove, the spice that gives pumpkin pie its signature flavor. There’s a compound in cloves called eugenol, which is more effective at reducing pain, inflammation, and swelling following a tooth extraction than a standard pain-relieving gel. Other studies show it can relieve arthritis and headache pain.
#4 Bay Leaf
Another food that contains eugenol – making it powerful against pain – is bay leaves. In fact, bay leaf essential oil used topically can be just as effective as morphine for controlling pain.
#5 Chili Peppers
Hot chili peppers have a compound called capsaicin that makes them spicy. But while this compound can leave your mouth in pain, it can actually block pain signals when used topically. Skin creams containing capsaicin can be effective for back pain, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and muscle pain.
#6 CBD Oil
The latest pain product on the market is a controversial one: CBD oil. But there’s nothing controversial about its effects on pain. Studies show that 80% of arthritis patients, 90% of those with general inflammation, and 100% of those with irritable bowel syndrome report less pain when taking CBD. Other types of chronic pain—like migraines, neuropathic pain, and fibromyalgia—are no match for CBD’s impressive pain-relieving results, too.
#7 White Willow Bark
You may not be familiar with white willow bark, but its active compound (salicin) is actually the botanical that aspirin was derived from. Salicin has been used as a pain reliever in traditional Chinese medicine for thousands of years, and more recent studies show that it is especially effective against lower back pain.
