Peruvian Hack Boosts Sex Drive
When your health suffers, so does your sex life.
As they age, this leaves many folks looking for a little extra “boost” in the bedroom.
And there’s nothing wrong with that! In fact, intimacy can IMPROVE your health.
Sometimes the issue is with your ability to perform. But all too often, it’s just your desire to.
Fortunately, an ancient medicinal plant has been able to help men and women alike get in the mood.
Maca has been used in Peru for thousands of years both as a food and for its medicinal properties.
Traditionally, the root has been used to boost energy and improve fertility. But it also has a long history of enhancing libido.
More recently, modern science has confirmed these bedroom benefits.
In one study, postmenopausal women were either given maca powder or a placebo for six weeks. The women taking the maca reported a significant increase in sexual desire during that time compared to the placebo group.
A similar study on men taking maca for 12 weeks produced the same results. The guys in the maca group had a significant increase in sexual desire compared to the placebo group.
In fact, the plant extract is even powerful enough to combat antidepressant-triggered bedroom issues!
Researchers found taking 3 grams of maca per day increased libido in depressed men taking SSRI antidepressants that often all but eliminate your sex drive.
And in another study, similar results were achieved for postmenopausal women taking SSRIs. Plus, sexual dysfunction was improved after taking 3 grams of maca daily for 12 weeks.
This is significant since the maca had to overcome the negative effects of the depression AND the drug to overcome the bedroom problems.
One study even found the supplement could improve erectile dysfunction!
Maca couldn’t be easier to add to your diet, especially if you enjoy smoothies.
Its earthy butterscotch taste pairs well with chocolate and makes an excellent addition to your favorite smoothie.
P.S. If you’ve noticed things cooling down in the bedroom this winter, it’s not unusual. There’s a reason your desire has taken a nose dive. And lucky for you, there’s a simple fix to help get your love life back on track. CLICK HERE for the scoop.
