A study presented at the European Association for the Study of Diabetes evaluated over 100,000 people from the 2013 Danish National Health Survey. 

This study found that there was one major factor that greatly increased the risk of developing arthritis and osteoporosis: 

Type 2 diabetes. 

Compared to people without diabetes, type 2 diabetics had a… 

  • 33% increased risk of osteoarthritis 
  • 70% higher risk of rheumatoid arthritis 
  • 29% higher risk of osteoporosis 

They were also much more likely to suffer from shoulder, neck, and back pain. 

Folks, any way you slice it, type 2 diabetes is a PAIN. 

The dietary restrictions you’re forced to follow are just the beginning. Add to that the well-known symptoms including everything from neuropathy to amputations.  

And now a sky-high risk of arthritis and osteoporosis?  

The worst (and best) part of this is that type 2 diabetes is 100% preventable.
