Drug-Free RELIEF for Painful Indigestion
Some health issues have an impact on your life.
Others, like indigestion, attack your QUALITY of life.
Common symptoms like bloating, nausea, and stomach pain can sideline you. They make you miss out on the things you love and leave you miserable.
But if you battle indigestion, I have some FANTASTIC news.
Researchers uncovered a NATURAL solution that works just as well as one of the Big Pharma’s top drugs.
Prilosec is one of the top treatments for heartburn and indigestion.
But I’d NEVER recommend the stuff to anyone, for anything—especially NOT long-term.
Prilosec is a proton-pump inhibitor (PPI). And PPIs have been linked to an increased risk of fractures, infections, magnesium deficiency, kidney disease, and even gastric cancer when used long-term.
As disturbing as that is, people continue to use PPIs. And I get why, of course.
Because no one wants to live with painful, sickening indigestion, either.
And you don’t have to.
A recent study included 151 adults with indigestion. One group took two 250-mg capsules of curcumin, another took one 20-mg pill of omeprazole (Prilosec), and the third group took BOTH.
Researchers evaluated the volunteer’s symptoms at the one and two-month marks.
All three groups experienced nearly the SAME improvement in their symptoms.
And there was NO added benefit to combining the treatments.
Curcumin is the active compound found in the spice turmeric. It’s renowned for its anti-inflammatory effects and has long been used to manage conditions like arthritis, skin disorders, upper respiratory tract issues, AND digestive problems.
The researchers say there’s not enough evidence to recommend taking curcumin instead of Prilosec as a first-line treatment against indigestion.
Baloney.
If you have an issue like indigestion, I’d ALWAYS opt for nature’s medicine FIRST (with your doctor’s okay). If it doesn’t work, then try other alternatives.
After all, when a treatment is safe, natural, and effective, that’s not just a good first step—it’s the BEST one.
