Easy Fix REVERSES Diabetes and Heart Disease
If you have type 2 diabetes, your health problems probably don’t end there.
Diabetics face all sorts of other health problems caused by their high blood sugar.
And one of the biggest is heart disease.
Fortunately, researchers have found a very simple way to REDUCE your risk of heart disease by nearly 50%.
And it could even REVERSE your diabetes, too.
Most people who get a type 2 diabetes diagnosis are overweight. The two generally go hand in hand.
Naturally, doctors tell you that you should lose the weight.
But let’s be real… that’s easier said than done.
To lose the amount of weight that would make any real difference, you probably think you need to slim back down to your college days.
But that’s simply NOT true.
When researchers evaluated 725 people with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes, they found that people who lost just 5% of their weight had a 48% lower risk of heart disease 10 years later.
As an added benefit, they also had lower blood sugar levels, lower blood pressure, and lower cholesterol levels.
For a 200-pound individual, 5% is just 10 pounds. So to lose 5% of your weight over a year, that’s less than one pound per month!
Anyone should be able to lose 10 pounds for such dramatic health benefits.
But once you hit the 5% mark… why stop there?
While we’ve seen that losing a moderate amount of weight can curb your heart disease risk, shedding all of those extra pounds can actually reverse type 2 diabetes.
