“Fatty Food” TRIGGERS Weight Loss?!
Shrink belly fat and lose weight fast
People try all kinds of crazy diets to try to lose weight.
But in the end, most fad diets fail.
But there’s one current fad that I hope is here to stay.
It’s a simple food you can start adding to your diet today that’s been proven to shrink belly fat and promote weight loss.
The crazy part?
This food happens to be one of the fattiest foods on the planet.
Avocadoes are all the rage these days.
And for once, this is a fad I can get on board with!
Eating more avocadoes has been linked with reduced cholesterol and triglycerides, reduced risk of metabolic syndrome, reduced risk of cataracts and macular degeneration, and even reduced risk of cancer.
And according to a recent study, they’re GREAT at shrinking belly fat and helping you lose weight, too.
That might seem strange, considering 77 percent of the calories in avocadoes is made up of FAT.
This isn’t the first study to show the connection between fatty avocadoes and weight loss. What makes this study stand out is the type of fat that avocadoes helped reduce.
You see, you have two different types of fat in your body: subcutaneous and visceral fat.
Subcutaneous fat sits just under your skin (it’s what gives you the notorious spare tire or muffin top), while visceral fat is deeper in your abdominal cavity and wraps around your organs.
Visceral fat increases your risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, stroke, and even some cancers.
It’s bad news.
This study showed that women who ate an avocado a day were able to reduce their visceral fat and improve the ratio between visceral and subcutaneous belly fat.
And that’s great news when it comes to losing weight and boosting your overall health.
So don’t be scared off by the “fat makes you fat” mantra.
Your body NEEDS fat in order for your cells to function properly — and in order to absorb fat-soluble nutrients that are necessary to prevent brain fog, fatigue, hormone problems, skin issues, and more.
Healthy fats like those found in avocadoes, nuts, oily fish can give you all of these health benefits while helping shrink belly fat and promote weight loss at the same time.
I’d say they’re pretty close to being nature’s perfect food.
