Feeling "washed up"? STAR anti-aging hack is the FIX
It’s one thing to take steps to look younger.
It’s another to literally SLOW down your body’s aging process.
Slowing your body’s biological age means that your organs and systems function better, have less disease, and you live longer.
Today, I will share with you the SINGLE BEST anti-aging tool that’s ever existed.
It’s available EVERYWHERE…
It’s entirely FREE…
And it can help you stay biologically younger on the inside while looking more vital on the outside.
Drinking water does much more than keep your body hydrated.
Because it helps maintain your skin health, water makes you literally LOOK younger too.
And now, recent research has revealed that staying hydrated is a powerful anti-aging tool.
Using 30 years’ worth of data from over 11,000 individuals, researchers assessed hydration based on serum sodium levels, which increase when we drink less fluid.
Normal range is 135-146 milliequivalents per liter (mEq/L).
The study found that folks in the high range of normal (142 mEq/L or higher) had a 10-15 percent higher chance of being “biologically older.”
That’s even WORSE than it sounds. Because individuals who were aging faster had a 64 percent higher risk of:
- heart failure
- stroke
- atrial fibrillation
- peripheral artery disease
- diabetes
- dementia
Folks with levels above 144 mEq/L had a 50 percent chance of being biologically older—and a 21 percent increased risk of early death.
This “biological age” was determined by looking at how well major bodily systems function, including the cardiovascular, metabolic, and immune systems.
Those with lower serum sodium levels (indicating greater hydration) had the lowest risk of developing a chronic disease.
While this study didn’t look specifically at how much water the individuals drank regularly, it DOES show that staying hydrated improves your long-term health AND longevity.
Don’t worry. That doesn’t mean you have to only guzzle water all day long. You can also bump up your fluid levels with fruit, vegetables, soups, teas, and more.
However, to ensure you ARE staying hydrated, a good rule of thumb is to drink at least half of your body weight in ounces every day. So, for example, if you weigh 150 pounds, you want to drink at least 75 ounces of fluids daily.
P.S. With each passing year, aging takes its toll in the form of wrinkles, brain fog, joint pain, a slowing metabolism, and more. Staying hydrated is a great start, but supplements can also help target these common aging issues. Here are 6 of my favorites.
