This Food LIE Could Give You Parkinson’s
Dear Reader,
I hate it when our “modern” society takes one of the nature’s healthiest foods, tampers with it, and then acts shocked when studies show it’s not so healthy after all.
One of the biggest victims of this scam is milk.
Case in point: A new study found that consuming higher amounts of low-fat milk sends your risk of developing Parkinson’s through the roof!
Wait a minute… don’t the experts say that low-fat dairy is GOOD for you?
They do, but it’s a BIG FAT LIE.
The reason Big Dairy wants you to buy low-fat milk is so they can get a high-fat profit.
Did you ever notice how skim milk doesn’t cost any less than whole milk? That’s the scam.
The milk industry can make twice the profits if it can convince you to buy skim milk so they can take that wonderful fat and make another product.
Who do think lobbied the government nutrition experts so hard to give you the standard advice of “low-fat dairy is the healthiest”?
But the truth was bound to catch up with them, and this latest research takes us one step closer in that direction.
This study, published in the journal Neurology, involved more than 120,000 people and 25 years’ worth of data.
It found that people who had just ONE serving of skim or low-fat milk per day had a 39 percent increased risk of Parkinson’s disease. There were NO SUCH LINKS to full-fat dairy.
If that makes you want to dump your low-fat milk down the drain… good! And then after you do that, find a local source of raw, full-fat milk to take its place.
Because the problem isn’t the milk itself… the problem is that humans think they can blatantly alter a natural food and there won’t be any consequences.
Raw milk is hands down one of the healthiest foods on the planet. That’s what my family and I drink, and that’s what I recommend to my patients as well.
For some of you, this might be the first time that you’re hearing about the benefits of raw milk, and you might be looking at me with a raised eyebrow. I’ve seen that skeptical look from my patients on more than one occasion, and I know that it flies in the face of most of what you’ve been told your entire life.
But consider this: Humans consumed raw milk for millions of years without any problem whatsoever. In fact, as recently as the late 1800s, raw milk was used as a treatment for many diseases, including high blood pressure, cancer, diabetes, and even obesity.
But with the rise of big factory farms, cows are treated like sardines, fed unnatural food laced with antibiotics, pesticides, and herbicides, and then shot up with hormones. OF COURSE raw milk would be dangerous under these conditions!
That’s why I buy my milk from local farmers, where cows are allowed to be cows.
My family and I are a testament to the health benefits of raw, full-fat milk. I have been drinking raw milk for over 15 years, and at 64 years old, I am in excellent health. As soon as we switched to raw milk, my kids immediately stopped getting cavities, and they also had numerous allergies and bowel problems that resolved.
We’re fortunate because the retail sale of raw milk is legal here in Arizona. But I know that’s not the case in most other states.
