Free Vitamin CURES Migraines
If you suffer from migraines, you already know these aren’t just regular headaches.
A migraine can leave you in bed bound and in pain for days on end.
Even worse? Most mainstream treatments are designed to work AFTER the pain has already set in.
But it looks like Mother Nature can help where conventional medicine has failed.
Because new research shows that upping your levels of a certain vitamin could be the key to preventing them in the first place.
And it won’t cost you a penny.
Like I said, migraine treatments only get to work after you’re in the midst of one. Even then, it’s a coin flip as to whether or not they will do any good.
So, you best bet is to never get one in the first place.
Doctors know this. That’s why they try to get ahead of these massive headaches with risky seizure and heart drugs… and even Botox injections.
Yes, you read that right… BOTOX.
But before you let some doc poke your face with needles or give you worthless pills, you should finish reading this article.
In a recent study, published in the journal Current Medical Research and Opinion, scientists tracked 48 people who suffered from migraines. Half took a placebo and the other half took 100 mcg of Vitamin D.
Six months later, the difference between the two groups was SHOCKING.
There was no change in the placebo group (as expected).
And the vitamin D group? Their number of migraine attacks was cut in HALF.
But this isn’t the first time the connection between migraines and vitamin D has been well documented.
A previous study shows that men with low vitamin D levels were more than TWICE as likely to experience migraines.
And headaches were even more likely in the months from October to May – when you don’t get as much vitamin D from the sun.
Vitamin D works because it lowers the type of inflammation that causes your migraines.
And getting more of it couldn’t be easier (or cheaper).
All you have to do is get 15 minutes of sunlight exposure every day.
To a brighter day,
