How to BEAT Breast Cancer Odds
“You have cancer.”
Those three words can rock your world. They also set in motion the biggest fight of your life.
Fortunately, researchers have identified a way to help make sure you WIN that fight.
That’s because they’ve identified a key factor that significantly improves survival rates in breast cancer patients.
You’ll want to make sure every woman you love reads this.
Last week I told you about how exercise can reduce your risk of cognitive decline.
Now, researchers have found that it can boost survival in breast cancer patients—even if they didn’t work out before they got cancer.
In a study published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute, researchers examined the physical activity of 1,300 breast cancer patients before and after diagnosis.
It turns out that the women who exercised regularly before and at one year after diagnosis had a significantly reduced risk of recurrence and mortality.
But get this… even the women who weren’t exercising BEFORE their diagnosis, but were exercising at the two-year point AFTER diagnosis, had a significantly reduced risk of recurrence and death.
If you’re a woman reading this right now, this is GREAT news.
It means that if you already have cancer—and have never exercised a day in your life—it’s never too late to reap the benefits.
In a situation like this, it could literally save your life.
