Magic Berry SLASHES Sick Days
We’re several months into the pandemic that’s taken over our lives.
And it doesn’t look like it’s going anywhere soon.
I get lots of questions from people about natural ways to help protect them from COVID-19.
Since this is a novel virus, there’s still a lot we have to learn about it.
But I do know how the body works. And I think it’s more important than ever to boost your immune system and give your body anti-viral support.
And when it comes to natural sources with strong anti-viral properties, there’s one that stands out from the rest.
In fact, it can even help you beat some viruses in just a matter of days.
It’s hard to beat the anti-viral properties of elderberries.
There are wild elderberries that grow near my house, and I pick them straight from the bush when they’re in season.
But not everyone is so fortunate, which is why I recommend the next best thing: taking an elderberry supplement.
Numerous studies over the years have shown that elderberry has direct anti-viral effects against the flu virus.
One showed that when people infected with influenza B were given elderberry at the first sign of infection, they were SYMPTOM FREE in just two days!
Compare that to SIX days in the placebo group.
Similar results were found when given as a treatment for influenza A.
A study published last year in the Journal of Functional Foods found out why.
The researchers found that elderberries actually stop the virus from infecting cells. It does this by BLOCKING viral proteins responsible for the virus attaching to and entering host cells.
In this way, it stops the virus at the earliest stage of infection.
But elderberries ALSO stopped the virus from replicating if it had already entered the cells.
This is significant, since targeting the virus at multiple stages of infection gives you the greatest chance of staying healthy.
Elderberries haven’t been tested against this SARS-CoV2 as far as I’m aware of.
But they support your immune system and have been shown effective against other viruses.
And elderberry supplements are very safe to take daily for prevention and immune system protection. And if you’re not feeling well, you can increase your dose.

If you have type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes, chances are good that your doctor is on your case about what you’re eating. That’s a good start. Diet does play a major role in the management of the condition. But it’s not the only factor—not by a long shot. In fact, there’s one change you can...
There are some things that are obviously bad for you. Smoking, donuts, and sitting too much come to mind. They say you don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone. Sleep is one of those things. If you’ve found yourself struggling to fall asleep, if you lie awake watching the minutes and hours tick by, or if you’re starting your day at 3:00a.m. (because you KNOW you’re not going to go back to sleep)…...

You probably already know that exercise is good for you. But how much is enough to boost your heart health? And even better question: how much is enough to help you live longer? It’s June, which means it’s prime season for one of my favorite fruits: blueberries. If you’ve never gone blueberry picking—or at least eaten freshly picked blueberries from a local farm—you’re missing out. The burst of flavor you get with every bite makes the typical supermarket varieties taste like flavored water. But more than bursting with...
Alzheimer’s remains a mystery to the medical community. They know characteristics of the disease process—like the telltale beta-amyloid plaques that build up in the brain—but the underlying cause has remained elusive. However, many researchers believe they are finally zeroing on the secret to stopping Alzheimer’s disease. And strangely, the answer isn’t in your brain… it’s...
If you have rheumatoid arthritis, you’re no stranger to pain. Unlike osteoarthritis, which is caused by wear and tear of the cartilage in the joints, RA is an autoimmune disease that occurs when your immune system attacks your joints. This leads to chronically painful, swollen joints. As the disease progresses, your joints can erode, becoming...
