“Magic Move” EASES Heart Failure Symptoms (You’ll Feel FANTASTIC!)
Let’s face it. Living with heart failure can be challenging.
Chances are you’re tired all the time. And you’re likely short of breath even when you’re NOT doing something strenuous. You might even be sidelined by a nagging, chronic cough.
If you’re like many folks, these exhausting symptoms make you want to do MORE sitting and LESS moving.
But if you want to feel better and start living your best life again, recent research revealed something ELSE you should be doing.
Try this “Magic Move” INSTEAD.
Heart failure doesn’t mean your heart has stopped. It means your heart has stopped functioning EFFICIENTLY.
It no longer pumps sufficient blood and oxygen to your body—and everything suffers as a result.
But if you’re living with heart failure, a recent study revealed a “Magic Move” that could send your quality of life SOARING.
It turns out that despite feeling like you should move less, EXERCISE could be the best thing for you.
Researchers reviewed 11 studies of more than 700 people with chronic heart failure. The participants engaged in physical activities like walking, dancing, and high-intensity training multiple times per week.
It turns out the folks who exercised improved vital parameters like…
- Increasing the heart’s pumping ability
- Improving the function and energy capacity of skeletal muscle
- decreasing blood vessel stiffness
The researchers found that people who engaged in supervised exercise improved their exercise capacity AND overall quality of life.
Now, improved exercise capacity isn’t important because it impresses the trainers at the gym – it’s important because it makes everyday tasks in your life easier.
In fact, studies show that guided exercise therapy is safe and tends to be MORE EFFECTIVE at improving the quality of life in heart failure patients than many medications.
Putting patients on drugs and sending them home to live a miserable life is no way to treat a patient.
I want my patients to live longer, healthier, and happier lives.
If you’re living with heart failure, a supervised exercise program could be your ticket to a better life.
