Natural Compound RESTORES Memory Loss?!
Alzheimer’s is devastating for the patient AND for his or her loved ones.
Although there is no cure, many recent studies have offered a ray of hope for everyone affected by this disease — whether you’re the patient or their loved one.
In fact, in one recent study, researchers identified a natural compound that can reverse some of the most devastating memory effects of Alzheimer’s.
It’s one of the biggest breakthroughs in Alzheimer’s researchers that I’ve come across in a long time.
…JUMP/AD…
Turmeric is a spice that has been used for its healing properties for thousands of years.
And the key to its health benefits is found in curcumin, a compound that has remarkable antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
Curcumin has been shown to be beneficial in some of the worst diseases of our time – like cancer, heart disease, and arthritis.
Now, a recent study has found that it could be beneficial for your brain, too.
For this study, scientists gave a curcumin supplement to patients with Alzheimer’s disease. These patients all had severe behavioral symptoms, including irritability, agitation, anxiety, and apathy.
After just 12 weeks of taking the curcumin, scores on their neuro-psychiatric inventory questionnaire decreased, indicating an improvement.
This is a big deal, as the behavioral symptoms of Alzheimer’s are often as devastating as the memory loss that characterizes the disease!
But here’s the really exciting part…
Within ONE YEAR of taking curcumin, patients who had forgotten their family members recognized them once again.
That kind of result strikes at the heart of Alzheimer’s disease, offering the hope of reversing the disease’s most heart-wrenching effect.
The downside of this study is that it only included three patients.
But I don’t care if it only included ONE.
These kinds of results are unheard of in Alzheimer’s treatment.
And even though more research does need to be conducted, there’s no need to wait to start taking a curcumin supplement – or giving it to a loved one facing dementia.
I know that’s what I would do.
P.S. The benefits of curcumin don’t end there. Click here to find out how curcumin can activate your body’s OWN cancer fighters.
