Shocking Study Reveals the Best Way to Avoid Skin Cancer
I love it when science challenges the mainstream’s propaganda machine—especially when it comes to how they demonize one of the healthiest things for your body:
The sun.
We’ve been sold the lie that the sun causes skin cancer—and people dutifully slather on chemical-laden creams and spend more time indoors all in the name of protection.
But research reveals that if you want to lower your melanoma risk, you should take that advice, TOSS IT OUT THE WINDOW, and do the exact opposite.
Surprised?
Don’t be, I’ll explain…
A recent study evaluated whether supplementing with vitamin D impacts skin cancer risk.
Researchers found that people who regularly take vitamin D have a lower risk of any type of skin cancer than those who didn’t.
This was even the case for those with compromised immune systems and an increased cancer risk.
In fact, other research has linked low vitamin D levels to an increased skin cancer risk.
The new study makes it clear that D offers powerful protection against this dangerous, and sometimes deadly, disease.
And what is the BEST source of vitamin D? The sun!
That’s right… the sun offers powerful protection against skin cancer. Yet the mainstream has convinced people of the exact opposite.
This is why, despite the widespread use of sunscreen, sun-blocking clothing, and indoor lifestyles, melanoma is actually increasing at alarming rates.
It’s shot up by 42 percent in the last decade!
Vitamin D deficiency from lack of sunlight is also the reason why melanoma rates increase the farther you get from the equator.
Following the mainstream’s advice to stay out of the sun has caused an epidemic of vitamin D deficiency, and people all around the world are paying the price.
The solution is to make sure your D levels are nice and high—and spending time in the sun is one of the best ways to do it.
If your blood tests show that your levels are still low, then you can take a supplement to help give them a boost.
Just be smart about your sun time.
Start with 10 to 15 minutes daily. And as you gradually build up your sun callous (suntan), you’ll be able to safely spend more time without risking a sunburn.
P.S. Common nutrient prevents THREE YEARS of aging?!
