Surprising Headache Trigger EXPOSED
Your body is talking to you all the time.
But are you listening?
Those slightly swollen fingers… a reddening of your cheeks… problems falling asleep…
Each symptom contains a message.
Perhaps your body is warning you about a food intolerance, hormonal imbalance, or circadian rhythm disruption.
The same is true of headaches or migraines. If you battle them regularly, your body could be trying to tell you that you need MORE of one specific kind of food.
Researchers recently uncovered a surprising connection between migraines and dietary fiber.
Using data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, they found when folks ate more dietary fiber, they had fewer headaches.
And equally as important, the migraines they did still have were often less severe.
For every 10-gram INCREASE in dietary fiber, the research revealed an 11-percent DECREASE in the prevalence of headaches.
This was the first study that made such a clear connection. So more research is needed.
But the data doesn’t lie. Plus, there are plenty of other reasons to get more fiber besides avoiding headaches.
Fiber is vital for overall gut health, digestion, immune function, blood sugar balance, and more.
So, listen to your body and give it what it asks for.
Any fruit or vegetable will provide you with fiber, but some foods deliver more bang for your buck.
Beans, oats, quinoa, bananas, berries, sweet potatoes, nuts, and avocado top the list.
P.S. Most migraine treatments are designed to work AFTER the pain has set in. But raising your levels of a particular vitamin could be the key to preventing those head bangers in the first place. CLICK HERE for all the details.
